Power Struggle was created for a solo show called “Horsepower” where I explore the themes between man’s desire for power and how that has contributed to our use and mis-use of horses. This painting shows the struggle of power between a bucking horse and the rodeo pick up man who’s pulling the horse out of the arena after the ride.
The canvas is gallery wrapped and all sides are painted. It’s wired and ready to hang, and could be framed or hung as is. 36″x24″x1.5″
